Urgent Leaky Heat Pump Repair!
Is your heat pump leaking? Most likely there is an issue with your condensate pump. If you’re cooling your home in summer and water is leaking out your heat pump, there is a chance it has low levels of refrigerant. We can test and top up your heat pump’s refrigerant levels if that’s what needed.
The other probable cause for your heat pump leaking is a blockage in your condensate drain. That’s also easy to repair. When we clean and service your heat pump, we clear away any blockages so the water can drain where it needs to, which is ideally not inside your home. If your heat pump is leaking inside, we can repair it! Click on the blue button below to get your heat pump leak repaired. |
Heat Pump Not Working?
Another handy tip before you call us out to repair your heat pump is to reset it. If there’s been a power surge or outage, you may need to reset your heat pump to get it working again.
First, turn your heat pump off using your remote, then head outside and turn it off with the switch next to your outdoor unit. Leave it off for 15 minutes or so, to give it a chance to fully reset. Then, turn it on at the wall outside before turning it on inside with your remote. After another 10 minutes, hopefully, your heat pump should be working again as normal. If not, request a repair or call back from our team by clicking on one of the blue buttons.

Heat Pump Not Responding?
It sounds embarrassing, but there is a chance your heat pump could be repaired simply by changing the batteries in your remote. Perhaps the screen on your remote has become a bit faint, or maybe you find yourself pressing those buttons a few times and extra hard before your heat pump does what you want it to? Try changing the batteries and see if that fixes the issue.
