Congratulations Nadine Driver.
To celebrate the launch of the Pay it Forward community co-op, Heat Pumps NOW gave out two scholarships to help local Christchurch artisans. Nadine runs Gluten Free Cook - A business that supplies Pay it Forward with yummy gluten free goodies.
"I love making things and teaching people. Gluten Free Cook combines both of these, while incorporating my interest in nutrition. A long term aim is to produce quality, health orientated gluten free products and also to get involved in community education, helping people from all backgrounds deal with dietary restrictions," says Nadine.
Heat Pumps NOW applauds your community focus Nadine, and your delicious gluten free work.

Congratulations Sarah Greig.
To celebrate the launch of the Pay it Forward community co-op, Heat Pumps NOW gave out two scholarships to help local Christchurch artisans. Sarah has written a children's book based in Canterbury about protecting our local environment. She's currently working on the illustrations.
"To do this I work with a light-box so I can set up the basic layout out on a draft piece of paper and then use the light box to draw the final work. Up until now I have been using a light box that I made myself out of a piece of recycled glass, an old shoe box, some duct-tape and a torch. Although I like the idea of using a MacGyver-inspired piece of equipment, it doesn't really cut the mustard and it is really a bit rubbish."
We look forward to seeing the results from your new light box, and hope this storybook is the first of many.
