​Can you thank the guys again, they did a fab job. So easy to deal with on-site & nothing was a problem. We had a few changes on-site when they first came due to the age and layout & things couldn’t go where we had planned but everyone was solution focussed & it was all sorted quickly & easily.

"What an awesome experience from the moment I purchased the Treat Me voucher. The heat pump was arranged for my aging uncle in Blenheim who recently had a fall an is no longer able to bring in the wood for his fire.

Kahla was an absolute pleasure to deal with in setting up installation and arranging Eric to come and have the initial site visit. He had some very good install ideas that we hadn't even considered.

Eric was punctual, friendly and efficient. He went far beyond the call of duty during the install and took the time to ensure every detail was attended to. That included a remote control training session for my uncle, which is no mean feat for a 94 yr old technophobe!!

Rarely have I been as impressed with a Company's performance as I have with Heat Pumps NOW and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Excellent value and product brand as well was just the icing on the cake!
